I should sleep more. I shouldn't blog at 11 40 at night. I shouldn't stay up all night this week reading Harry Potter. But I don't, and I am, and I have. But anyway, everyone should go out and rent the first season of arrested development. It is the funniest show ive ever seen. But more on track, I think Romeo and Juliet is going well. We just have to polish that last part. Why am I still up? Dang yo...

Last Week

Yeah I didn't blog yesterday either so I will make the delayed comment that it is unfortunately our last week. I will also make the delayed comment that the Meisner stuff we did yesterday was awesome. I could really get into something like that.

Anyway the run didn't feel as good today as it did yesterday which is weird because my mind knows that it really was better than yesterday. For some reason it just didn't feel right. Maybe I'm just thinking of my own performance. I don't know. I just didn't feel right today.

Anyway tonight I plan on watching the premiere of the new show Damages. It has Glenn Close in it so it should be really good. She was on my favorite show The Shield for a season so she automatically gets my respect.

Speaking of which, if you really want to see some of the best acting in the business I highly recommend the TV show The Shield. It has some fantastic actors such as CCH Pounder, Forest Whitaker, and my favorite actor of all time, Michael Chiklis. Although I must warn you that it contains some really brutal stuff so if you can't stomach some extremely graphic material then this isn't for you but I promise it is seriously the best acting and writing on TV.

i apoligize for not blogging yesterday. i always forget on mondays. its time to get down to buisness. if you don't know your lines GO RUN THEM.... if you do GO RUN THEM ANYWAY......if you know them to the point where you can't get them wrong, GO RUN YOUR BLOCKING...... also idk if this works for everyone, but the thing ian had me do when we were working monologues (close eyes and visualize certain parts of the speech) it really helped for me so just some advice, try that.

One word. Wow. That's some groovy stuff.
I was feeling pretty out of it this afternoon at the run-through, remembering my lines and so forth. I promise I'll do better tomorrow. I must tear myself away from "the-book-that-must-not-be-named" to run lines.

P.S. I was at my uncle's house and I saw this lock that had the brand "locked" on it and I read it to myself as "lock-ed", not "lock'd". What's gotten into me?

Hey so Victoria, I'm not reading your post based on the title. Nothing personal. And that is simply because I don't want to know a single thing about the Harry Potter book. If anyone tells me what happens, says how they felt about it, says "Oh man I can't believe they put that twist in there!" or even hints at something happining in the book, I will break you. It's a really weird song my friends taught me while we were waiting in line for the book.

I don't get why all the Harry Potter parties seemed to revolve around little children. I mean, after the third book it all just starts to get more mature and stuff. Think about the people who actually grew up with the books and stuff. I dunno. maybe that's just me, but if I were a parent I would want to read the 7th book before my nine year old kid decided to read it. Which I did read it, I finished it on Saturday, at about 9o'clock at night, due to the fact that my mother "banned" me from opening it up until we were finished moving. It didn't work. I would have finished it earlier if that was not the case.

Well, I'm officially moved into my new house. Happy. I get my own room. *sigh of relief* and a double bed, cuz the twin I had was getting a little too small. Now my 27 year old 6' 4ish" brother has it. sucks for him. oh well, he's hardly ever at home anyway.

This will be our last week. *tear*. which sucks terribly because I've really enjoyed this camp. And all you people are awesome (sorry for the cheesy word, I'm feeling rather uncreative today).

I'm off to study lines.
